1.- Booking

 

·       Avant de réserver la Cabane, il faut vérifier le calendrier des réservations (vérification des disponibilités), il suffira de compléter le the online booking form. pour les réservations. 

·       • The reservation becomes effective upon receipt of the total amount of the rental. If 10 days after the reservation,this amount is still notpaid into the account of the Cabane, the reservation will be cancelled and the date released.

 

·     • For the use of the ski lifts, we ask you to consult the site of the installations: http://www.naxmontnoble.ch/

 

 

·       • In case of unfavourable weather conditions leading to a cancellation, the Group will not refund any amount.

 

·       • In case of cancellation by the tenants, the latter will have to provide written proof of the reasons for the cancellation. If the Group considers that the conditions are met (case of force majeure), it may partially refund the amount of the rental.   Cancellation 50 days before the stay: refund of 80%. Cancellation 30 days before the stay: reimbursement of 60%. Cancellation 20 days before the stay: refund of 30%. Cancellation 10 days before the stay: refund of 20%. No refund will be made if the cancellation occurs during the 9 days before the stay.

 

·       • If for reasons beyond its control (technical problems, damage, ...), the Group could not provide the hut, the full amount of the rental will be refunded. The tenants will not be able to claim any additional compensation.

 

·       • The tenants undertake to respect the premises and the equipment made available. In the event of breakage or damage, the Group will invoice the tenants for the actual costs.

Les animaux domestiques sont tolérés au rez-de-chaussée. L’accès au dortoir leur est strictement interdit. A l’extérieur, les chiens seront tenus en laisse afin de préserver les bovins.

 

 

·       Tarif : 30.- par personne par nuit, mais au minimum 150.- par nuit. Les enfants jusqu'à 12 ans : 15.- par nuitée.

 

2.- Stay at the hut

 

The tenant having booked the hut will receive the key by mail at least 3 days before the stay. Otherwise, the tenant will call the person in charge of the rental on 078 813 13 09. For foreign tenants, the key will be in the letterbox of Jean-Daniel Métrailler, Grande Meunière 16, 1958 St-Léonard, the day before the stay.

·       By taking possession of the key, the group leader assumes all responsibilities.

 

·       • The group leader is responsible for bringing: sleeping bags (sleeping bags or "light sleeping bags"), garbage bags (taxed white bags), garbage bags (taxed white bags),washing-up liquid, cloths, rags, stove fuel...

 

·       • As soon as you arrive in the hut, ski shoes and mountain shoes will be stored in the small entrance hall.

 

·       • In the dormitory, sleeping bags or "light sleeping bags" are obligatory.

 

·       • The wood room is outside near the entrance and the key hangs on a hook in front of the "kitchen block". After each use, the room will be locked and the key left in the above mentioned place. The wood will be split outside the hut..

 

·       • In summer, running water is available inside the hut; in winter, sometimes water can be found at the foot of the pole located a few meters from the N-E corner of the hut.

 

·       • The hut is equipped with a solar-powered lighting system.It is essential to save as much light as possible. Indeed, the installation is equipped with an automatic system that switches off the lighting when the minimum battery power is reached...

 

·       Avant d’utiliser l’éclairage, il ne faut pas modifier la position du fusible gris (position haute). Pour obtenir de l’éclairage, il suffit de tourner l’interrupteur principal sur 1.Pendant la journée, dès que l’éclairage n’est plus indispensable et surtout en quittant la cabane, il faut impérativement tourner l’interrupteur principal sur 0. Le chef de groupe sera tenu responsable des dégâts causés par le non-respect de ces directives.

 

·       • In the dormitories, it is strictly forbidden to smoke, eat, drink and light candles..

 

3.- Departure from the hut

 

On leaving the hut, the group leader will particularly check the following points:

 

·       L’interrupteur principal sera ramené en position 0.

 

·       Les deux vannes (réchaud – chauffe-eau) devront être mises sur OFF.

 

·       • The water tap (summer) inside the hut will be closed.

 

·       • The wood room will be locked properly and the key left in the indicated place.

 

·       • The premises will be thoroughly cleaned, the dishes will be completely washed, wiped and stored; the blankets will be aired and folded; the dormitory and the ground floor premises will be swept and even scrubbed; the aluminium plates and the stoves will be cleaned.

 

·       • All leftover food, garbage bags and empty bottles will be brought back to the valley by the members of the group.

 

·       • Shutters, windows and the front door will be closed properly. To lock the door, the handle must first be raised to the maximum.

 

4.- Restitution of the key

 

·       • By returning the key by A mail at the end of the stay, the group leader must announce  any damage.

 

·       • The group leader will pay the invoice for any damage.

 

·       • In case of loss or non-return of the key, the group will invoice the person in charge for the equivalent amount of a new cylinder and the supply of 15 keys, i.e. 400 CHF.
